Return Eligibility

Standard, non-custom awnings may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and uninstalled
  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • All hardware, components, and instructions must be included
  • The product must be in resalable condition

Products that have been installed, modified, damaged, or returned without original packaging may not qualify for a refund.

Custom or Special Orders

Custom-sized or special-order products are non-refundable. Because these are built or prepared specifically for your order, they cannot be restocked.

If you are unsure whether your order is considered custom, contact us before purchasing.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Returned products must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. If damage occurs due to improper packaging, the refund may be reduced or denied.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20 percent to cover inspection and handling.

The exact amount will be confirmed during the return authorization process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

  • Notify us within 5 business days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the packaging and product
  • Include your order number

We will review the claim and provide instructions for replacement or refund if applicable.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or denial.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, the original item must be returned according to this policy and a new order placed.
